This is something I’ve been wanting to do for a while – and Christmas seemed like a good catalyst.

I am sure people will be getting a variety of different bits and pieces of coffee equipment for Christmas and may well want to know how to useit, or maybe some great coffees that they really want to enjoy. For that reason we are putting on two classes at the roastery in early January.

Knowing you’ll probably want to go home and play we’ll also give each attendee a bag of whatever they fancy to go home with. The classes are limited to 10 people (though I don’t know if they’ll be fully booked).

We will be covering non-espresso brewing:

French Press

Filter Brewer

Pourover

Vacpot

I will also cover the basic of water quality (very relevant in London!) and grinders. If you have any questions then drop us a comment or an e-mail. In the future we may do a home espresso class – but that will require a bit more machinery to be plugged in and humming away! We hope to see some of you there!
