I recently heard about sqaure mile roasters from numerous US specialty roasters…I rolled around on the website/blog….PBi, paciic bag inc., makes a patented one-way valve(in Seattle)and supply packaging to small/medium specialty roasters all over the world…last count about 2500.
Its great to see the passion and commitemtn – best of luck.
Hope I get a chance to visit some shops on my trip to London this spring (Specialty Coffee Assoc of Europoe show in London!)……any suggestions for a great “quad shot” latte – that’s my AM Seattle power java…
