Using French Press I got some great strawberry jam notes, but as an espresso belnd, a bit too dark for cafetiere. By using new flashy Mazzer Robur grinder and LaMarzocco I managed to pull a few great shots. Juicy, sweet, complex, maybe even a bit of spices. Great espresso, just something I love. Thank you. Hope you keep doing these one-offs!

Really quite surprised at postal service and customs, nine days off the roast from London to Australia, wow. Juice featured at our cafes first barista "spro-down" most agreed with yellow grapefruit in the cup. Cheers

Using a mahlkoenig grind on demand and a Lamazzocco we got some good blackcurrant jam notes with molasses. Sweet, sweet coffee. we tried it as a cappuccino just as an experiment, but there was just too much of a contrast. beautiful espresso though. Tasted best as it cooled slightly. Yummity yum.
