We always set out to sell-out of every line, rather than try and run it year round.

I didn’t think the Cascara would sell out so fast, and we are delighted so many of you enjoyed it but I do confess to being really quite sad that there is no more.

Here’s hoping for next year!

We did send some away to get in analysed for caffeine content and the like – when we get the results we’ll post them up!

Thinking about it now – it would probably have made an excellent winter punch ingredient.  Have any of you done anything interesting with it?

Pop it in your gløgg/mulled wine perhaps?

Works wonderfully with a little bit of lemon. Gonna take it to work tomorrow as well and play about with it cold. Great stuff though (even if it did take a couple of goes to get used to the taste lol)

I’ve just posted a review of the Cascara on my blog. Very favourable :)

Hope to put some more stuff on it up in future after messing about with it over the weekend :)

I made a signature drink with it at the Victorian Barista Comps here in Australia. An infusion of star anise, orange zest and manuka honey.
Not bad at all.
