Cascara

The Finca Mauritania Cascara is now available in the shop!

We’re really excited by how good this tastes, and how interesting it is.  We think coffee, and its inherent flavours, makes a bit more sense after tasting this.

We are looking forward to people’s feedback on this one – but don’t hesitate too long, we don’t have that much in stock to begin with, only about 40kg. We’re working to try and get more for next year but we’ll have to wait and see.

I’m familiar with Finca Mauritania, but curious to know what exactly Cascara relates to.

Cascara just means skin or rind I think. Any farm could produce it in theory.
